The Nuts and Bolts
After receiving your car details and a nominal fee of five pounds, we send those details of your car to our network of car dealers and traders, across the length and breadth of the United Kingdom.
Each dealer is only presented with the type of car they have already expressed an interest in, or they can log in and browse.
You can choose to give a telephone number or just an email but you should provide plenty of info´ about your car, including a colour photograph if possible. Talking of plenty, there´s plenty of space to describe anything unusual about your car, or how you wish to be contacted etc!
Dealers interested in your car will typically respond very quickly, sometimes with more questions, and sometimes making an immediate cash offer for your car.
You are under no obligation to accept any price. What you will usually find though is that you will be offered the "optimal" market price for your car, with little delay and none of the usual problems of selling privately!
Why It Works
Dealers often have very specific needs, such as wanting to find a particular model and colour to suit a customer, or because they specialize in a particular make, model or age range.
Every dealer has a different location and local market. For example a car considered "too old" in one area may be too new and expensive elsewhere - while for another dealer it may be exactly what they´re looking for!
By instantly offering your car to many dealers at once you have a far higher chance of finding a suitable match, for a quick and fair sale.
Why £5?
We charge very little to advertise on our network, because our dealers are constantly demanding fresh stock, and we like to keep them happy!
We maintain a fixed fee of a £5 to weed out those just looking for free valuations or being silly. This ensures we match serious sellers with serious buyers, keeping the cost very low for both of you.
Remember, it doesn´t matter if you´re advertising a rusty Lada or a rare Lagonda, it´s still just a fiver!
