Selling through the dealerbid system is quick, simple and effective, it takes just a few minutes to upload your vehicle details to our servers through three quick steps.
1. Enter your registration number
- this will automatically populate your basic vehicle information directly from the DVLA database.
2.
Finish off describing your vehicle by completing simple drop down box questions and entering your mileage.
There is also a nice big comments and further description box so you can leave as much information about your car as you like. Things like the condition, when the MOT expires and how long you have had the car are all really useful sales points that a dealer will look at when looking at the details.

After adding your description you can add up to 10 images of your vehicle and select which one you would like displayed as the main image, as well as being able to add streaming video to your listing too.

3. Enter your contact information and select a username and password.
This enables us to send you email notifications as new enquiries and offers are received and allows you to login at any time to respond to offers for your car as well as make any alterations to your listing.
Once you have hit the broadcast my listing button at the bottom of this final step the dealerbid system then scours through its huge database of dealers and sends your vehicle details to those who have registered with an interest to buy your type of car.
These dealers are then immediately sent via an email notification a thorough description of your vehicle along with any images that you may have added. The email notifications include what we call "quicklinks" which allow the dealers to quickly access your full listing on our site without having to search for it, immediately make you an offer to buy your car or ask for further information all quickly and easily via the email.
You are under no obligation to accept any of the offers you are given but what has been proven time and time again is that the more dealers you can put your vehicle in front of, the more likely it is one of them will have a client looking for a similar car or they just might be looking for your particular type of car for stock and be in a position to offer you a better price than you would get via a traditional car buying website.
