2014 we sill the launch of Peugeot’s stunning new 308 making it’s debut in car showrooms across the UK. This is a major new launch for the Peugeot which has even included a whole new approach towards dealership training with 75 individual employees from the dealer network visiting Peugeot’s head office in Coventry for the last 13 days, a total of nearly 1,000 employees.
The in-depth training see’s candidates getting to grips with some of the features of the new Peugeot’s “i-Cockpi” interior, including the new touch-screen infotainment system.
It’s clear to see a lot of effort has gone into the design of the new 308, it’s bigger, more fuel efficient partly thanks to a new lightweight chassis, has a 435 litre boot with a much higher quality and stylish interior.
The car comes available in four different trim levels starting with the basic “Access” through to the top of the range “Feline” with Active and Allure models fitting in between. Engine choices are also good with an extremely efficient “BlueHDi” diesel unit and two three cylinder turbo-charged petrol engines. Later into 2014 we will also see the addition of a 5-door GTi sports model as well as an estate.
The new model goes on sale this month (January 2014) and is available to order now with prices starting at ?14,495.
