Rolls-Royce will be happy with their Rolls-Royce Wraith winning the “Rather Splendid Motor Car of the Year” award at the BBC’s TopGear magazine awards. The car is no doubt of of the most luxurious vehicles on the road as is actually the most powerful Rolls-Royce vehicle the prestigious car company has ever made.
The car which was road tested by Motoring Editor Ollie Marriage who drove the car 951 miles from his home to the Media launch in Vienna in just one day has won praise from some of the most well respected writers in the automotive industry, with Top Gear Magazine saying whilst presenting the award –

The interior of the new Wraith is nothing short of spectacular. Pretty much everything is bespoke. The leathers are sourced from a renewable farm whilst the wood finishings you can have in virtually and type of wood you like. The head-lining of the vehicles ceiling is available as a “Starlight” optional extra which is amazing.

During the day the roof lining looks like normal but at night the interior ceiling lights up, designed to look like stars in the sky. The effect is achieved by the use of?1,390 fiber optic lights in the roof and Rolls-Royce will even liase with an Astronomer to recreate the night sky as it looked on a specific date, such as your birthday.

Powered by a 6.6 litre Twin-Turbo Charged engine producing 624 bhp, the Rolls-Royce Wraith is a stunning piece of engineering that is sure to turn heads wherever it goes.
